User Responsibilities

As a user of VIVY · FLUORITE, you agree to:

Account Security

  • • Accept responsibility for all activities under your account

Acceptable Use

Prohibited Activities

Limitation of Liability

TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW:

The Service is provided "AS IS" without warranties of any kind, either express or implied.

We shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages.

Our total liability shall not exceed the amount paid by you in the 12 months preceding the claim.

Termination

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your access to the Service at any time for:
